Acai Berry + Colon Cleanse?
Hey everyone.
I just found a site on google awhile back, about Acai Berry. I didn't know what it was before, and now I am intruiged by it. It claims to have been on Oprah with Dr.Oz, and now im even more interested. I searched it up on google, but didnt find anything that would help me understand more about this diet suppliment. I've read more on here that it is a scam, or that it dosnt work, I need answers of my own, in my own topic, from people who seem to care about my weight loss.
Im desperate now, and I really want to be healthy and skinny by October. Please help me.

i just saw the acai on the 3 best diet pills list. It was #1! so i looked it up, too, and it just appears to be an all natural supplement, I don't understand why one would see rapid weight loss with it. It's just full of antioxidents, which is wonderful, so take it for your general health if at all. I tried hoodia once, which is supposed to be an appetite suppresant, but i did not notice an immediate change in my appetite. In all reality, it probably does not work the way they advertise it.
Have you tried alli? i'm going to give it a shot. otherwise, just keep plugging away at losing the weight. Good luck!! and you can do it!!
Diet alone does not work.
To be healthy and loose weight you need to excercise with strength training and do cardio every other workout.
A healthy person burns more calories than someone out of shape, even at rest.
Ali is some nasty stuff. I know someone who used it and could not believe the stories she told me. The idea is to get the poison out of your system not put new poison in it! You also need to speed up your metaboizm by working out. Getting your body to burn more calories naturally.
When you diet alone you will be hungry and tired. When your tired you dont excercise you sit around and and you loose more muscle and burn less calories. This means you need to eat even less next month.
If you work out regularly, comparatively speaking, you can eat like a pig (provided it is low fat) and not gain weight.
Anyone recall the news when they said what Michael Phelps would eat during the day while training for the Olympics?
The key is high octaine, fuel. That means, Low fat, balance your protein and carbs and get out to the gym.

John, I agree with most of what you said. However, I just wanted to clarify that studies have shown that a low-fat diet is not necessary for weight loss. Healthy fats (like those from olive oil, avocados, and fish) can be highly beneficial!
Unless, of course, you are taking Alli. In that case, eating too much fat
can make you poop your pants (literally).
Jayden; you give no stats. No one in their right mind is going to give you advice about Acai, colon cleanses or anything. I suspect that you are a teenager, and looking for that kind of fix-it advice would only be like throwing an anchor to a drowning man/woman.
Acai, colon cleanse? All we need now is the Master Cleanse for the holy trinity of stupid weight loss gimmicks.

I actually had the pleasure of rewording an informational guide about acai berry. It's the same ridiculous, empty claims every time. They rework them grammatically to make them fresh and get past spam filters.
Acai berry is a good antioxidant! However, one should beware of NON-APPROVED ACAI BERRY which does not contain the necessary amounts and concentrations of acai berry.
Acai berry is the grand scam of health supplements. Oprah fell for it, I'm sure some small crappy news channels have fallen for it, and we're still falling for it. There's no wonderfood. Not pomegrante, not orange juice, not the yuckiest-tasting vegetable. They're even now saying that VITAMIN SUPPLEMENT ARE BAD FOR YOU. Supplemented cereal is bad for you, too.
No one needs to colon cleanse either. This is science trash. If anyone could produce a single scientific article on behalf of any of this garbage, I would eat my computer. I wish I had someone here to be angry at, but no one here sells acai berry.

Here's what I know about Acai. Its not for weight loss.
Monavie is an excellent source of antioxidents through acai and other high-ao fruits (mostly berries).
It uses the entire fruit - seeds and all - so you get maximum health benefits.
But I cannot see how it could ever be a weight loss supplement. ONly an additional health benefit to whatever diet you are already on.
I take it sporadically, its delicious but expensive!
Look it up. I know there is a website but I won't give it so I don't get banned for some kind of solicitation. lol I do not sell it!
