So I took a bit of time off and boy that was a mistake.

I worked hard, Lost a lot of weight. Looked great, hooked up with a girl I had had a crush on for years and things started slipping, I do have to say that sex while fit was much better than sex while overweight. talk about being closer to someone!

Well as all good things that one too came to an end. And here I am, up 18lbs from when I met her...crap, I messed up, I thought I was being careful, and I was not, I figured I was getting enough work outs and didnt need to count. and it crept up on me, Dining out was probably the biggest killer.

So the good news is, I am a lot more muscular now. Been going with smaller portions and making better food choices for about 10 days now. and its making a difference. Already down 4 lbs.

I went on a date about 2 weeks ago too with a girl that had just over the last 4 months lost 30lbs, she just kept going on and on about how great it was and how people were checking her out again and wanting to see her etc. I was just like wow, I miss that too. And ordered the salmon and salad.

So I am back, again, to lose fat, again, To get supper healthy..again. I just have to remember.

1 lots of water.

small portions,

log the calories

cut all sugar and simple carbs

eat minimaly processed foods as possible.

Tonight I grilled a sweet potato and it was great with salmon and strawberries.

Thank god strawberries are in season. So good, and good for you.

Anyway, I am back, and will post on things I can be helpful with, I am sure I will see some old faces and meet some new.
