Okay so I'm trying to lose weight and I have always had trouble with my arms.. Hence the title, and I was wondering what I could do to tighten them up, but I dont have really any gym equipment or money for a membership. So is there any way I can tighten them with at home solution? Thank you!

Pushups (regular or on your knees) (there are a gazillion variations, like tricep, clapping, diamond, etc.), dips, pullups at a playground...

Check out http://www.bodyrock.tv/ (the pictures can be a little horny, but the exercises are great)

Planks too! There are many variations and even ones where you are moving on your feet and hands across the floor.  They kill and seems miserable at the time but I have noticed that the more I have done them, the stronger you feel! It works out your arms, chest, back and core.
