Hullo all!

I'm Niccy and I'm a 15 stone 10lb 24yo female who has finally had enough and succumbed to desperate measures.

Just wondering if anyone on here had had any successes with the All About W8 diet programme? If so, how much did you lose and did you manage to keep it off?

All responses welcome x

from what I see (I never heard about this system before so I read up on it) this is NOT the kind of weight loss program I would consider healthy and I don't think it will help you in any way to learn how to eat the proper way. The amount of calories that you are eating in that diet are way too low and nobody on this website will tell you it is the right way to go, you should not try to lose your weight fast, but lose it and NEVER gain it back and you are going to have more success doing that by losing 'only' 1-2 lbs a week. Slow and steady is the way.

Hi

I have been on W8 for 12 weeks and lost 3 stone - it consists of 4 meals a day - I dont remember the first few days being hard - yes I could have eaten but the great thing wasI didnt - I still have about a stone and a half or 2 stone to lose and am continuing on it - I go to a class each week and the supoport from the consultant and other members is great - I cant fault the consultant - she replies to emails quickly and is very supportive and practical - it costs 49 a week for the meals plus extra if you want things like the fruit tea - very nice - for me it has been worth it because I reckon I'd spend 30 on food anyway - that's not including the sly trips to fish and chips or chocolate binges - give it a go I'd say - yes I know everyone says healthy eating isthe way but if you never get past 1st base then u just go round in circles - it is nutritionally balanced and if not a consultant in your area you can get it by post - see their web site. Hope this helps.

soliwit, you need to check out the science behind the diet and try it before you knock it!

I've lost 5 1/2 stones on this diet and have maintained my loss for over 18 months without a problem. Its about nutritious meal replacement combined with the right foods and when you give your body what it needs it loses fat - the maintenance programme is all important and will help you keep the weight down permanently. Very high level of support from no-nonsense, supportive consultants who actually care and who are trained in nurtrition - NOT selling! Excellent, wonderful and life transforming and well worth a try! Goodluck all who go for it - it's cost effective as well, the mealpaks are only £1.75 each (what can you buy for that in a supermarket these days that is healthy?).

Sorry to tell you, but all about W8 is going bankrupt so it's not worth starting it.

It used to be a good diet, but failure to pay the suppliers in France meant they had to change to a higher calorie meal option which never worked as well.

How do I know this - I worked for them in Crewe.  Until they failed to pay the staff as well as suppliers.  Just watch out as they will set up again under a similar name - they always do.

@dypuf -- the last post in this thread was almost 3 years ago and two of the last three posts were from 1-day wonders ... I rather doubt any one has plans to begin this program

Allergy Remedies
Is It Possible to Go Natural?
The side effects of allergy medications keep some people from using them. Natural remedies can be a great alternative, but some are more effective than others.
