Another Activity setting question.
I know.. I know...
I'm a veteran CCer... I should know this.
I always use the sedentary option and log my activity... but is there ANY activity included in the sedentary option? Or is my sedentary burn, what I would burn if I laid on the couch all day? Does it include things like driving to work? Showering? Sitting on my ass on the couch?
Also- I know this is all an estimate anyway. I think i'm more curious then anything.

yeah... that kinda helped.
I know my BMR is like 1400ish cals.... so I'm guessing CC just throw in the extra 200 as random general activities.
I'm just having one of those days where I wanted answers :D
I use the sedentary option and only log my workouts. This way, I know for sure if I have a deficit for the day. I'm sure I probably have more of a deficit than what CC is telling me a lot of days, but I'd rather be safe than sorry!
