I need help! Is there a meal plan anywhere out there that can tell you exactly what you should be eating? I know I need to count calories, and hate to admit it, but unless its already figured out somewhere in the recipe or on an app, I have so much trouble figuring out the numbers.
I am in my 50’s, and have been hypothyroid for 33 years after drinking radioactive iodine to stop a hyperactive thyroid gland. I try to avoid white bread, white sugar, corn syrup, etc. and exercise 3-4 times a week (treadmill 2 days, weight machines, 2 times a week)
I am 5’2” and 150lbs. I have a special event coming up in a few months and would love to get down to at least 130.
Please help!
I personally use this :

Well balanced, great food, everything figured out all the way to your shopping list.
Believe it or not..look on ebay for meal mover..its a richard simons product..but very simple to do.
Here on Calorie Count in the articles section, there is a meal plan idea posted for a 1500 calorie diet which helped me a great deal in the beginning. You could probably just change it up a bit depending on how many calories you would need for your target.
I really appreciate all of your responses! There are a lot of great ideas, thank you!
