i'm looking for someone to keep motivated with. i've just started a new lifestyle change and i really want to get healthier and lose this burden weight. if anyone is just started their diet and want someone to email with and send each other pictures of our progress, daily motivation, workout plans, new recipes, or just anything to keep each other going reply or send me a message on here and we can set up some kind of diet pen pal-ish thing lol

Hello girls, Im new too! I've been here for a week. I just had my third bb last February, which make me so happy, but now I have to get back in shape. I think that the most important of losing weight is to really make up your mind to do it. Don't just eat because is there. Refuse to eat burgers, soda, rice, and too much of white sugar.
