Anyone have a Wedding to go to in June? Want to join me in a weight loss challenge/goals?

Hi I want to create a motivation/challenge group that will track weight loss and goals w/me until June. I have to lose 15 pounds by June 7th, anyone?

Today I will do 30 min. Cardio and up my water. I've heard drinking a bit of Apple cider Vinegar is also a boost. Let me know if anyone's got a wedding to attend wants to join me in motivating each other?

Paul Mckeenas is all about logic

1. Eat when your Hungrey

2. Eat what you want

3. Eat conciously ( ie slowly: 20 chews per bite...what our mothers taught us )

4. When you are full( or think you are full ) STOP EATING. ( you can always wrap it up and eat it later)

*** If you are hungrey 10 min later, then eat.... It takes a while to know if you are just thinking you are full, or actually full. Sometimes at first i would stop eating and then eat again in like 30 min. but I have now mastered the feeling of being full. I probably eat about every three hours or so, but just a snack like an apple or maybe a granola bar or something. I still only eat three regular meals a day but not nearly as much as i used to, because i now feel when im full and therefor i stop eating :) It is really just logical and slowing down your eating.

No deprevation of food. Since I started this I feel better less constrained and I have had pizza and fries here and there ( not overkill obviously) but if i really want it i have it. AND i have lost 5 pds. So i am really happy and im not stressing about food and counting all the time.

HOWEVER calorie counting did help me loose the first 15 pds, so i know it worked really well and it definetly helped me get into the habit of being aware of how much i was eating. I think that because of the discipline i learned from this site, that is why this very logical way of living and eating is working for me.

It is isn't for everyone but if you need to change it up, i reccommend trying it, doesn't hurt to try something new....especially if you were like me and tired of thinking about food all the time.

Hope this helps someone out there :)

Sincerely

A

3 DIY Tortilla Tricks
I love Mexican food—tacos with crispy shells, crunchy taco bowls and salty tortilla chips. But I could do without the extra calories, fat and sodium in the salty, often deep-fried tortillas served at many restaurants or the less-than-healthy packaged versions of these foods sold in the supermarket.
