Getting back on track post holidays

Quote  |  Reply

Hi All,

I know easter was almost a week ago, but I'm still 1.5lbs over my "range" and I really wanted to be loosing at this point.

Does anyone have a terrilble time getting back to good (even when you feel you are eating well) after a holiday?

Thnks

If I eat a lot of junky foods during the holidays I will crave them more after I'll admit. I was sharing some Easter chocolates for a few days and when Monday came around I was like "Hmm..I want a piece of chocolate" when before I hadn't had any processed sugar in months 0___o

So..yes :) Stick with it-a healthy loss is 1-2lbs a week. It'll move next week

I'm the worse at holidays. And it doesnt help that Thanksgiving leads right into Christmas which leads into New years which leads into Valentines Day, which leads into Easter. I have put on about 7 pounds from November and I am so ready to get them off.

My boyfriend moved in with me at the beginning of January. And this morning we were laying in bed, and he said "Youve put on some weight since I moved in haven't you"...which made me feel like such a failure.

I'm determined to get this holiday weight off! One day at a time river!

@knix3088 My BF is going to move in too and I'm already worried. He's about a foot taller and 2x my size so keeping him happy food wise is a worry for me.
