The best Christmas present ever!!

I was so happy when I stepped on the scale this morning, I just had to share it. After having my 3rd (and last) child last year, I was about 184, my highest ever. I got down to 174 throughout the year and that's where I started at in September.

I've been miserable for the past several years, as I keep going up in my weight, take a little off and then have another baby and up it goes again. I've never been able to get it off to where it was. I'm 30 years old and about 5'6" and was always around 128-135 (till I started having children).

I started Sept. 1 and have lost 25 lbs!! My inital goal was to get to 150lbs by Christmas. When I stepped on the scale this morning, it was 149!!! I was so excited I cried. I have not seen that number in so long. I really didn't think I'd make it through the holidays without gaining back a few but it seems to just keep going down. I still have about 14-19 more lbs to go, but for now I am thrilled that I was actually able to reach my first goal. I never had a weight problem till the kids came along. I am actually starting to feel like my old self again and that means everything in the world.

Just wanted to share that with you, I often get on CC to read your stories and it keeps me motivated. So thank you!!
