I need your advice!

What is your biggest question about how to lose weight?

I appreciate you help

where does the weight come off first

"Why didn't I bother learning how to do it properly years ago?"

or:

"Why are there so many shows and books and name-brand diets telling people how to do it the wrong way, and so few explaining how to do it the right way?"

(I can actually answer that last one myself: because the right way boils down to five words, "eat less and move more", and it's hard to fill a book or a 30-minute infomercial with that)

how is this advice?

I am thinking maybe the OP is doing some sort of study? :S

When do I increase my calories when adding exercise and how many calories should I increase my intake.

Where does it all go?  Scientifically, I know the answer, but it never stops blowing my mind that all that skin and fat just disappeared.

Fat gets metabolized into ATP (Adenosine triphosphate), water and CO2.  The CO2 you breathe out, the water you lose through sweat or respiration or urination, and the ATP is used for fuel.  Waste products from that are eliminated the same way waste products from burning foods for fuel are.

Skin slowly adjusts, using fewer skin cells as it constantly repairs itself over time and dead cells flake away.  Sometimes it can't adjust either enough or at least quickly enough and you get loose skin.

Why do my arms feel like they are going to fall off this morning?  Oh wait, I already know the answer to that question!

Will I choose to maintain the discipline to keep it off in the long run?
