Has anyone tried this as a way to document, motivate and support their weight loss?
Is it a good idea or feasible!?
I've seen a lot of people do weight loss vlogs on youtube.
I started a private blog that only i could see, too. It definitely helps! I just haven't kept up with it... But, even though it's set on private, it seems like other people re reading it.
I can document my feelings, my accomplishments, my failures. If I have extra things to add, I write a comment.
Pictures can be added to show progress.
I think it's a great idea. I mean, this site already allows for some simple journal keeping, but if you want to do a vlog or more creative blog, then there are various websites everywhere that can really help out.
Check out other weight loss and health blogs around. My favorites are probably Ben Does Life and Hungry Runner Girl. You can see how it can help you to just start a personal journal so you can see how far you've come and other images as inspiration (search 'fitspo' in google and you'll see what I mean). Good luck!

I didn't realise you could do a totally private one no one could see... so I can post my before and after pictures without the risk of them being found!!
