Yea I've increased water intake to the 3-4 ltrs a day and cut creatine out of my diet too. I'm always researching about it and it seems I'm doing everything rite, except the 5-6 small portion meals to keep my metabolism up, So Ive started to do that, hopefully that will help
Why cut creatine?
if it's fat you want to lose cutting creatine won't make any difference, may as well keep it in to make your muscles look full.

Creatine can cause you to retain water-- it may make your muscles look "full" (due to stored water), but it can also enhance any 'chub' that you got.
Try using a Kre-Alkalyne creatine (instead of monohydrate) to get the benefits without the bloat.
Also the 5-6 meals per day thing is a MYTH! If you enjoy eating like that, then it is fine... but there is no actual proof that 5-6 meals per day does anything besides make people go insane from obsessively planning.
As long as you meet your calories and macros at the end of the day, it doesn't matter what time you ate your meals.

My point was Creatine has no effect on fat loss. I know what Creatine does.
A competitive bodybuilder would only manipulate water a few days before stepping on stage.
The average casual bodybuilder doesn't really need to cut out creatine, you can still get into great condition while using it.
What you eat can have a direct effect on your skin if you're struggling with psoriasis. See what to shop for.
