Bridemaid dress too tight!
HELP!
I'm in a wedding on July 21st, when I bought my dress in November it fit. When I tried in on about 7 weeks ago I started to panic as it was too tight in my ribs. I've been eating good and working out. (I've gained maybe 4 lbs since I bought my dress)... Anyone have any quick ideas that could help? Theres no way to exchange it, a gurdle and taking it out are looking like my options.

To add, I do 20-30 minutes incline power walking every morning, as well as crossfit twice a week and turbo kit once. Im planning on doing a min of 30 minutes in the morning, adding running and whatever it takes

I would low-carb it right before the wedding to lessen any bloating. I would keep up your diet, try to take off a couple of pounds, and if you need a slimmer or gurdle, do it.
I would do the low carb and up your protein. This will eliminate some water. The weight WILL return after you stop, but until then it will work. Do all protein diet with one glass of milk or yogurt a day for about 4 days and you should be good. Now, this is not long term, but you should definently lose the weight and not gain fat!
i think you mentioned you tried it on 7 weeks ago... can you try it on now to see how its fitting? i feel that would give you a better idea of what you are working with.
Thanks!! I'm more than willing to try anything!
It still fits the same :-(
Jeez, I forgot to note that it doesn't zip! Once it hits my ribs.
Curious, did it fit for wedding??
