I also once ate two footlongs at Subway. Not as unhealthy but two feet of subs is a lot of food!
why would you weigh yourself? You will be weighing the weight of the food you just ate -- not the calories.
I would at least wait until tomorrow morning to weigh myself. No need to get more depressed.

A slice of plain bread
Four Poptarts
An unknown amount (but MANY) cookies
Two chocolate cupcakes
Multiple pieces of fudge
Two granola bars
Spoonful after spoonful of peanut butter right out of the jar
Now THAT'S a binge.
