Burn but afraid to eat?..

Quote  |  Reply
Lately I do Zumba for 40 minutes every second day, and on the days I don't, I do sit-ups, leg lifts and push ups. When I'm finished exercising I'm starving but I'm terrified of calories because I think they put my efforts on toning to waste. What's a very low calorie snack that doesn't get rid of that healthy-light feeling after working out?

Cucumbers are great and very filling!
Depending on what you mean by "toning" you're doing your body no justice by starving yourself. If by toning you mean building muscle, then after a workout is the most important time to eat, protein and a little carb. You should do some research on when you should eat to fuel workouts, or you'll be wasting time.

You have mental issues, clearly. I think you need to get those sorted out before anything else.

Oh Thank you, i really didnt know that was important. I don't have mental issues I'm just trying to get rid of my insecurities by building more muscle and getting rid of fat..
sungiant that was so rude and uncalled for. OP yeah youre actually breaking down muscle if you dont eat before an after

3 DIY Tortilla Tricks
I love Mexican food—tacos with crispy shells, crunchy taco bowls and salty tortilla chips. But I could do without the extra calories, fat and sodium in the salty, often deep-fried tortillas served at many restaurants or the less-than-healthy packaged versions of these foods sold in the supermarket.

Is It Possible to Go Natural?
The side effects of allergy medications keep some people from using them. Natural remedies can be a great alternative, but some are more effective than others.
