Was just eye-balling the program. Interesting, the whole 'resistant starch thing. But am the only one who thinks unripe bananas are revolting? And aren't we always told white potatoes are void of most nutrients (except fiber)? Just wondering if anyonw has given this a test run

I love it, sooo easy and healthy. Lost 5 pounds week one, and 2 a week since then. I'm down 9 pounds in 3 weeks. I walk 3 miles 3 times a week.
As for potatoes, I agree on the nutrients, but I hate white potatoes. I eat the ones packed with health; sweet potatoes, 3-4 times a week. Good luck and keep posting if you try it!
