I am suppose to have a calorie intake of 1338 about and I have my profile set to 1500 cal for my limit and I never realized how easy it was to reach just 1300. For the past month I have been going over 2000 cals and I couldnt understand why? and i couldnt understand how I lost my first 10lbs so easily. So I went back to when I started and realized that some how w.o my own knowlege I was logging about 1200-1300 cals and I was like OMG! I need to start following this meal plan again. Im just so excited cause I didnt know it was that easy.
I think its because i've been really lazy not cooking dinner. I hope by following this plan again that I lose my next 10lbs in a breeze just in time for bathen suit season
The same thing happened to me recently. With my schedule and personal life becoming so hectic and stressful, I found myself with a completely lack of motivation to plan or cook anything. Luckily I've not really gained weight because of it, but I can feel the difference in my health.
I made a decision last night that I was going to stop being a lazy bum and get back into the kitchen :P
