You are definitely not eating enough!
You probably need to be eating at least 2,000 calories a day. That may sound like a lot, but look at it this way: A female adults needs at least 1200 net calories a day, so that means 1200 plus whatever she burns off. So if you are burning 700 or more calories, you need to consume 1200 + 700 or whatever it is that you burned at the gym that day. Since you are only 14 and are still growing, you probably need even MORE than 1200 net calories, though! So you might try eating 1400 + whatever you burn off.
It might sound like a lot, but if you keep it healthy, you will have a super fast metabolism and your body will operate like a smoothly run fat burning machine.
If you still don't loose weight, it might be because you don't have any fat to burn! You didn't mention your weight... If you are already at a healthy weight, you will have a hard time losing. Someone your height should probably weigh about 100-120 pounds I am guessing.. depending on muscle and bone structure and a lot of other factors.
So the bottom line: exercise a lot, eat a lot of healthy foods, and your metabolism will be super fast and efficient. Good luck!

One of our moderators, Clairelaine, gave you great advice in that thread and links to good resources. It has also been repeatedly pointed out to you that you’re not eating enough, especially for your age and activity level.Please heed the previously offered advice, and concentrate on being healthy instead of 5 pounds. What you’re doing is not healthy.
