I feel like I've been doing really well this week, but I'm stuck at 137.  I'm making a point to drink more water today, but what do you think of yesterday's summary?

I also did the elliptical trainer for 20 min, lifted weights for about 15 min, and walked the dog for an hour. Any advice would help!

You should probably try to eat closer to 20% fat and 30% protein. Maybe switch those two around.
I was just about to say pretty much the same thing. :)
I agree with what hkellick said.  Go for more protein and less fat.  Good luck!!!
thanks guys, i'll see what i can do! :)
try for a bit more fiber too - recommended is 20-35g a day.  Try a big bowl of leafy greens...that's an easy boost for hardly any calories :-)

Yay for healthy eating!
yeah, I didn't have any salad yesterday, so that would've helped.  I'm thinking a homemade chicken caesar salad tonight (cajun chicken, light creamy caesar...mmmm....now i'm getting hungry!!)
Is this better? (probably still too low on protein, but I did my best!)

that's a big improvement!  if you can increase the protein just a little more, that would be good, but 22% is great.

now try to get that fiber up to about 25 gms.  it's hard to do without increasing your carbs, but it CAN be done!
thanks, elin...i'll see what I can do!

any suggestions for foods that have fiber but not many carbs?
