I just don't know what I am doing wrong.
Ok I am a culinary student and pretty active I work part time in a restaurant as a line cook and it is pretty active moving around cleaning the kitchen at night etc.
I don't terribly badly I keep my calories in check I do consume the occasional drink, but I'm flustered because the weight is not coming off help please :).

You could try adding exercise outside of work. Your body is used to the work exercise so if you add something new it might help.
Start writing down what you eat. Everything. You are in a kitchen as work, you may be snacking more calories than you think. Make sure you know exactly how many calories you are eating. Usually that's where the problem is.
That I am doing that with the phone app to see that I am really keeping in-line. :)
I think that this maybe a problem I am used to the work calories I and I am guilty of not supplementing excercise problem is I go to school full-time work part time and a mom of two and married always running around so I am going to make it a point to get fit with school ending for the summer. I found getting into the attitude of "take the stairs" helped up my daily calorie burn.
Have you tried the tools that this site offers?
