Can someone explain the eat/burn meter thing to me? The two numbers there confuse me. So, I think it is my amount for the day is at the top and I am assuming, where I currently am in the day is the bottom number and as I understand it, there should be a gap of 500-800 per day between the in and out (the top numbers)? Less in than out. Is that right?
