I usually don't let myself eat after 6 oclock, and definitely not after 8 oclock... but for the past few nights, I have. The thing is, I've been really hungry when I eat-it's not like I'm giving into cravings, or anything. Like last night, I had my dinner by 530, brushed my teeth, put in my retainer, and that was that. By 830, I was really pretty hungry. I waited for a while to see if it was just temporary, and I drank about 3 glasses of water to see if my body was just confused. I was still really hungry, so I had a nectarine. Still hungry, half a turkey sandwich on rye left over from lunch. Still hungry, some carrots and radishes. Then I wasn't hungry anymore, so I stopped eating.
My question is, is it ok that I ate that late (I go to bed at 10 everynight, and I ate around 9) because I was hungry, or should I just ignore the hunger next time?

it doesnt really matter when you eat as long as you stay within your calorie limit for the day coz thats what i do and i still leave some calories at nighttime for a snack
it has helped me immensely to schedule a mid-evening snack and a bedtime snack ~ this has helped to break my bad eating patterns of over-eating...
for weight loss purposes, it really doesn't matter what time of day you eat. so, if you have the calories, there's no problem eating later.

Alright. I'm pretty sure I was within my calories.
Thanks, guys! I feel better now.

Allergy Remedies
Is It Possible to Go Natural?
The side effects of allergy medications keep some people from using them. Natural remedies can be a great alternative, but some are more effective than others.
