Oops I forgot I am currently 183 down from 199

"Only" 16 since Jan 1st is a lot of weight in barely 2 months.

I don't know how old you are, but putting your stats in at 5'8 and 188 (used 25 years of age and light activity) you should be eating 1700 calories a day.

That doesn't look like 1700 calories a day. Not only that, but it doesn't look very nutrient dense either.

How much is "some chicken'? A pound? 2 ounces?

How much asparagus?

How many egg whites?

Either way, that would never add up to 1700 calories. Not even close. You need to start tracking calories and fix that immediately. Losing 16 pounds in less than 2 months is a lot of weight in just 2 months. Please someone correct me if I'm wrong, but everything about your post is..off.

Edit : 188 is supposed to be 183.

And getting down to 125 at 5'8 is an almost unreasonable goal. 125 is at the lower end of the BMI range and honestly, not everyone can get there. Even if you used to weigh that, it might not happen again. Your goals should be realistic and sustainable.

I only see one serving of veggies... no fruit... no Dairy... this is not enough to get all the nutrients you need, especially being a new mom! you need lots energy!

sounds too low in calories.  1,200 is the minimum.

125 i think is fine fore 5'8" but you might want to add enough calories and get there more slowly and healthfully.

16 pounds is great for under 2 months.
best of luck to you.!

No it's not enough.

If you are breastfeeding you need around 300 more calories per day than when you were pregnant, so the normal minimum calorie numbers do not apply.

if your newborn is 2 months old you're probably still breastfeeding and restricting your calories too much will be detrimental for the baby and you as well. you need to be eating a lot more, i calculate less than 1000 calories if i'm using standard servings for the foods you've listed. you're not eating enough for someone who didnt just have a baby so the amount you're eating is surely not enough for someone who has just given birth.

Sounds like you are starving yourself.  Totally not healthy.  Listen to the other posters here, make sure you are getting enough to eat.

How much weight did you gain with the pregnancy?  The closer you were to 125 prior to the pregnancy is a significant factor in how realistic the 125 lb goal is.

I believe regardless of the pre-pregnancy weight, the timeframe for losing is unrealistic if you want to lose in a healthy controlled manner.  A woman's body takes months to recover from pregnancy (metabolic rate, hormones, etc...).  It took 40 weeks to have the baby - it may take 40 weeks to recover.  Give yourself some time!

Im bottle feeding and i am 25 yrs old. My servings are usually pretty big not that small. I am just worried my stomach wont go back to the way it was.Does it? or will it stay jello like? I went from 225 to 148 last year in about 5 months.

Here's my experience wih baby belly:

Prior to getting pregnant I was in the military and in great shape.  I'm 5'6" and weighed about 135 (23 years old at the time).  I gained a normal amount of weight during the pregnancy.  Although I lost the weight in a few months, it took about a year for me to feel comforable with my stomach.  Several factors led to this - working out, eating a low fat diet and my mental attitiude.  I realized that I may never have that flat stomach again...and I was OK with that as long as it didn't jiggle anymore and was fairly firm.  One thing that helped my stomach "pooch" reduce was to STOP doing excessive crunches.  I was building muscle, which made it look like my pooch was bigger - the opposite effect of what I wanted.  I would say that eventually I went back to 90% of what my pre pregnancy body looked like.

After having my second child, I would say I am at about 85%.

Ultimately, yes, your stomach will revert, but maybe not completely.  Give it some time and you will see some positive changes.  In the meantime, enjoy that new baby!
