I am supposed to eat 1500 calories per day. If I burn 200 calories through exercise per day am I supposed to eat back my exercise calories to get back to 1500 calories. Or do I not worry about them

I'd love an answer to that question as well. Can anyone out there shed some light?
If I excercise and "gain" back some calories, I just feel good that there is that much more weight that will hopefully go away. For example: I am supposed to eat 1300, I naturally burn 1800, so that is 500 for weight loss. If I work out and burn an additional 300, then I actually used 800 for weight loss. I do not eat the calories that I burned extra. But remember women are supposed to eat a minimum of 1200. I feel like once you do that, all the execrise is just "gravy" to the weight loss.
