Any fans of the B12 shots?

So I started doing the B12 shots. It started because I had a BAD hangover and needed some energy, but I'm thinking about doing them every week. I found a place here in LA that will do one for $25.

Are there cheaper places? Do any of you use the B12 patch? What about doing the injection yourselves? I saw a place online that sells the vial of B12 and then you just buy syringes, but that sort of freaks me out. If you do the injection, how often?

I've been taking B12 tablets for a while but I don't feel a difference.

I duno about the shots - i hate needles. But I used to take b12 pills regularly.. but I never felt any difference..

And since my pee was electirc neon yellow about 1h after taking them.. I'm pretty sure most of it was peed out.
