Fastest way to flush sodium out of my body?!

I ate a pickle.  A pickle spear.  It was delicious.

I forgot that I had a weigh-in tomorrow!  Oh snap.

How do I flush the sodium out of my body by tomorrow?  Is that even possible???!

I drink a ton of water as it is.. should I drink more!?

*Edit* Right after I posted this, I realized that I may get some smart-bottom end remarks.. I don't want to flush all of the sodium out of my body.  I know that sodium is a part of a balanced diet.  I just want to make sure that I don't retain water due to my pickle eating!

Yep, I can see why you need the snide remark disclaimer Smile  Its ONE PICKLE SPEAR!!  There is no way you will retain enough water weight from one pickle to make a noticeable difference in your weight.

Okay, what if had eaten a lot more sodium than that in one pickle spear?  I've also got a weigh-in tomorrow, but I had lunch at a stiry-fry place and consumed a lot of soy sauce.  What's the best way to get rid of the sodium quickly?  Is that possible?

Theres really no way to speed up the process.  The only thing you can do is drink lots of water.  Your body clings to water when it doesn't have enough to process the salt in your system.  If you drink more water, your body will have more than enough to flush your system clean.  Does it mean that you definitely won't have an extra pound of water weight?  No.  But it will at least give you the best chance to get an accurate reading tomorrow.

I always notice that I weigh more if I eat a pickle than if I don't eat a pickle.  I don't eat TOO much sodium on a regular basis, but today I did eat quite a bit at about 4,159 grams of sodium.  I hate going in to my personal trainer and having extra water weight there.. so lame!

Coffee. I suppose it's the caffeine, but it makes me pee a lot. Try it! 

I love pickles, so whenever I have one (or two, or three) I always drink coffee afterwards and the scale doesn't read any water weight the next day. :)
