Loose weight? Or lose weight? I thought by 14 people knew the difference.
Anyway what isn't fine now? What troubles you? What is going to be different other than the number in the scale? Are you having health issues? Do you not fit into clothes? Can you not exercise? You seem to have zero problems, so there is no need to change your weight.
Look most of us posting here are older than you. I am 46. Got a daughter older than you. And like you describe yourself she is also very active. She is very fit. But like you she sometimes talks about being fat. I understand where you are coming from. You / she hates it when your stomach bulges in that slinky dress. So my advice to you, the same that I give her is. You are young, growing. Maybe your hight has stopped but your body has not. Throw away yoir scale. Look at yourself in the mirror. You don't like your thighs, your stomach, do some target exercise for these areas. You cannot target fat but you can target tone. Makes a big difference to your looks. Do not diet. Eat well. But you are never too young to eat healthy. I won't agree with the poster above who says eat anything. Eat as much as you want but not anything. Eat healthy. If you never ever again for the rest of your life eat a meal at Mc Donalds you will not do yourself any harm. But do eat when you are hungry, stop when you are full. Or you will harm yourself. At any age if calories you eat are more than you burn you put on weight. But at your age you naturally burn a lot of calories so that is not something you need worry about as long as you eat healthy.
NONE of us do...why ask us if you are fat?

Except as you get older, the upper limits of the healthy BMI range go up. Which means in a few years, 25 will be the upper bound.
Please, don't try to lose weight. You are too young to be dieting, and going onto a restricted diet when you are so young can set yourself up for a less than healthy relationship with your body and with food.
No. It won't be fine at all. You do not need to lose weight AT. ALL. It won't be fine because it will interfere with your growing and developing. What is a perfectly healthy, normal weight kid of 14 doing on a site like this in the first place?

I started losing weight at about 13, and then followed 30 years of eating disorders. Yup. I wasted my entire life worrying about this $***. We are trying to stop you doing the same thing, ok?
I'm the same age as you, and your BMI is just slightly higher than mine(mine is 21 exactly). According to the teen BMI calculators, we're at the upper end of the healthy range, but, this is the same calculator that also says I'd still be considered healthy at a 16 BMI(and back when I was anorexic, I faced many health risks and was all skin and bone by the time I was 10 lbs heavier than that). That thing is a load of crap.
You're at a healthy weight, and you're most likely not fat, but if you really want to lose some vanity lbs, then you could try losing like 5 lbs. However, I wouldn't suggest anymore than that. Our weight will be kind of weird and unstable during this time of our life, but as long as you take care of yourself, stay active, and eat nutritious foods, you should be fine.
