I started at 182 and got to 170 about 3 weeks ago and have been hovering at 170 since then. Breaking 170 is a mental goal of mine so naturally I was VERY pleased this morning when I weighed in at 169.4! Yay! Now I am only 5 pounds from what I weighed when I got married 4 years ago (164). I looked really HOT for my wedding (obviously!) so I really can't imagine weighing less than that; but my goal weight is 140!
Isn't it weird how we can't imagine ourselves being smaller? But it IS happening and will keep happening as long as we keep using CC.
I can't wait to "re-know" myself in the 150s...then 140s!
As part of my motivation I have a shirt hanging on my bedroom wall (literally). Its just a normal t-shirt that my hubby bought me for Christmas last year; he felt SO bad that it looked like crap (he didn't realize that the clothes I wore that made me look good were hard to find). So I said that's it, and hung it up on the wall on January 1st. I am not taking it down until I have hit my goal weight, at which point it will probably be too big - and I'm FINE with that! lol.
Motivation in the form of a t-shirt...........working for me!
Have a great day everyone!
Congrats!!!!! Keep it up!!!!
My current goal is to get into the 150's, I weighed myself today and I'm at 160.6. I'm almost there!!! I'm getting married in Sept of this year and I want to get close to the weight when my fiance met me(130ish). It has taken me about 3 months to loose 10lbs but hey slow is better than nothing!!
WE CAN DO THIS!!!!!!
*\/* YAY!!! WHAT AN ACCOMPLISHMENT!
oooo I can't wait to see the 160s....just hit the 170s a couple weeks ago after a 4.5yr hiatus . officially hit my halfway mark this morning..28lbs gone...28 to go....we can do this!!!!!
The side effects of allergy medications keep some people from using them. Natural remedies can be a great alternative, but some are more effective than others.
