The effectiveness of Calorie Count depends on if you just have an account versus how you actually use it. Calorie Count is a great tool, but all the work is done by you. If you make sure you log everything you put into your mouth, don't over estimate your workouts, and have a calorie deficit every day, you should see progress.

Ditto, this.  Make small changes in your routine.  Add even just 15 minutes of exercise to your day somewhere (we can all find 15 minutes).  Apparently it takes 21 days for something to become habit forming; it will be easier to sustain any changes you make if you make them gradually.  The weight didn't come on overnight and it won't come off overnight, either.  There isn't any quick fix.

I have supported you.  Good luck on your journey!

This site is great for support.  The calorie-counting and exercise, you've gotta have willpower for.  But we're here for you!!

Allergy Remedies
Is It Possible to Go Natural?
The side effects of allergy medications keep some people from using them. Natural remedies can be a great alternative, but some are more effective than others.
