It's a good day! I went to gym for 45 minutes this morning (all cardio, going to explore the weight room next week...hopefully hiring a personal trainer!) and have ate healthy all day. I'm excited for tomorrows weigh in! I completed my goal of going to the gym 3 days this week.
Breakfast: Boiled egg and an orange + citrus water (Sliced lemon, lime, and orange in a big glass of ice water, best way to start the morning!)
Lunch: Organic salad (baby spinach, spring mix and cucumber tossed with a teaspoon of olive oil, sea salt and some vinegar) and a tuna fish sandwich w/ 1 tbsp of light mayo on Smart bread
Snack: 15 Cherries
My husband is making enchiladas tonight so I'm trying to save calories for that so for now I'm headed to my mom house to lay out in the pool and maybe fit in some more exercise.
