Is eating too much fruit a bad thing?
I love eating it, like plums peaches canteloupe(my fav!) and clementines
but how much is too much? is there too much sugar in them??

as long as you are tracking your calories and including the fruit you eat, you should be fine.
Though fruit has significantly more calories than vegies, they don't have alot in comparison to other foods, but if you have more than your maintenece calories and it's all in fruit, it would still make you gain weight.

It's not a bad thing for your health and your weight loss, fruit is healthy. It might give you the runs though. :)
Sure fruit is healthy, but watch out for the sugar! Fruit has plenty, and too much isn't good for you. (Yesterday I ate nothing but sweets--mostly fruits but also ice cream and a blueberry bagel.--that can't be healthy).
I eat about a cup at a time of fruit, usually mangos or pineapple but sometimes bananas.
If you think you've got too much fruit, try just making about a cup of fruit your snacks or dessert.

I would say if you are craving fruit, eat it. If you are worried about the calories, curb back elsewhere so you can enjoy.
There's research showing that young females on a high fruit diet (not juice - whole fruit) have stronger bones in their 20s and beyond. The fruit acid is believed to play a role in absorbtion of calcium. If you are not all that young but have recently taken on an exercise program, your body might be telling you it's trying to build up your bone mass to support your excercise load. If you have recently quit smoking, the vitamin C in fruit helps you detox.
So if you're craving the fruit - I say eat it! There's probably a good reason and your body is telling you something. :-)

Well thats good to know:) I'm 15 and love fruit. Its like a drug.
Depends on how well you can handle sugar, I personally love it but am not that great with the sugar part, it's like candy for so I tend to over eat way past the point that I'm still hungry. Try eating it in a meal with protein/veggies opposed to eating it alone.
I eat a ton of fruit. It gives you wonderful energy! Actually before I start naming off all the benefits (A lot) I'm just going to say that it is REALLY good for you. Just don't only eat fruit.
