God That Pizza Was Good

I just crushed 2 big slices of NY Buffalo Chicken Pizza.....Soooooo fattening but sooooooo good. 

My only calories of the day but man did I need that!!!! Haven't cheated in weeks and was overwhelmed by the aroma, I didn't stand a chance.

Its not cheating if you work it into your calorie allowance.

Those two slices of pizza are the only food that you are going to eat for the day?

How do 2 slices of pizza equal your daily calorie limit?

Must be one helluva pizza...

I'm pretty sure this is the same guy who thinks 1600 calories is enough for him. Go ahead, ask him for his stats and figure out his BMR.

Food, in this case pizza, is not fattening.  Eating too much and not doing enough is fattening. 

Eating just one meal a day is not a good idea.

Talk about good pizza- my dad just got a pizza stone for his grill, and it was almost the best I'd ever had. Something about the grilling gave it an almost BBQ flavor. I used all healthy ingredients- whole wheat low cal crust, mixed real cheese with Veggie Shreds, lots of veg toppings. My philosophy towards food is all about finding that delicate balance for nutrition but not at the expense of flavor. There is almost always a better alternative for my favorite foods.
