25 pounds, gone forever

I'm at 185 today.  That's a total of 25 pounds I've lost since January 23rd.  I felt so good I went shopping and bought some new duds in my new size - 16.  I shopped in the regular misses department!!!  I got 2 pairs of fall slacks, a sweater and 2 turtlenecks that were on sale at Dressbarn for $4 each.  At Boscov's I got a really nice light blue denim shirt and a pair of loafers.  It was so nice to leave the Plus size department behind for good!

Great job...Keep up the good work.  I reached my lifetime high weight (again) this summer, but have lost 9 pounds in the past month (a couple of pounds is water weight that comes and goes).  I'm a size 16 and looking forward to being a size 12 or maybe even a size 10 by this time next year.  I decided it was mean to make my body carry around an extra 50 to 70 pounds of weight all the time, so I'm getting rid of it!
