Green coffee extract mentioned on Dr Oz (just google it)

Quote  |  Reply

Has anybody tried it?  Has anybody read or seen the story.

Seemed very interesting.  I am trying it, as a supplement to the rest of what I have been doing.  I have lost 40lbs  so far, but only bought the green coffee extract this past weekend.  I will post here after I try if for a while.

Counting calorie intake and adding exercise has done it for me so far.

If I got a dollar every time people bought junk from Dr. Oz, I would be able to retire.

Just drink some green tea.

Dr. Oz will pimp out anything and everything. He's not particularly selective in what he pins his name to.

Look on the bright side, maybe Dr Oz will have enough to retire soon...

Like you said rickwit, 'Counting calorie intake and adding exercise has done it for me so far.' That's the only real way to do this. Pills, potions, injections, juice fasts, and goodness knows what else - brides having NG tubes fitted - are just an expensive fad. Stick with the calorie counting and exercise!!

Dr Oz will say anything they pay him to say.

The other day he recommend sprinkling your broccoli with Cheetos, and dipping your cauliflower in brown sugar... I turned the tv off right after that. Ridiculous!

Rule of thumb, if something seems too good to be true, then it probably is.

Allergy Remedies
Is It Possible to Go Natural?
The side effects of allergy medications keep some people from using them. Natural remedies can be a great alternative, but some are more effective than others.
