I've been using this calorie count for a week now and working out even if it's five minutes, daily. I have lost 3 pounds this week which im very happy with. Although it is hard it will be worth it, I'm going to try to continue this!

Good going. Best of luck.
It's hard, but fun and rewarding! Good job on your new regime so far! Just remember that weight loss is not linear, so occasionally the scale does not give you the numbers you want, but that's okay. I've been eating very healthily for about 7 or 8 months now, and you really notice a difference in almost everything. My energy levels are up, cardio lasts longers, weights are heavier and my heart rate is way down. My body refuses to get sick or catch colds, a seriously super immune system. And my favorite part is that I no longer even miss all the junk I used to love. If I eat too much junk, I feel it the next day and realize just how bad these things are for your body; they really don't act as fuel for anything!
Thankyou I done Zumba on Monday! Such a good workout I suggest it if you want a high intensity exercise it's brilliant fun, thankyou!!
First week you get an extra 1.5 lb bonus. For going on calorie count (CC). Along the way you take a day or two off from watching what you eat it comes back. This is not genuine body weight. Not body fat. From now if all goes well you should lose 1 to 1.5 lbs per week. If you do slip off a day n put back this 1.5 lbs don't panic or starve the next day. Just go back to the CC n it will go away again within a week plus the 1 / 1.5 fat loss. Best of luck.
