What is a healthy deficit each day?

Hello!  I am new to counting my calories and I was wondering what a healthy deficit for each day is.  I'm 5'5 190 27 year old female.

from what i understand a "healthy" and reasonable deficit should be 500-1000kcals per day. The rule of thumb is that you shouldn't lose more that 1% of your body weight per week so for you i would would say you should aim anywhere from 1-2lbs a week. This would obviously vary, as some weeks u might lose none and others you might lose 1 or 3 or what have. The goal is to keep within that deficit range for sustainable weight loss.

Good luck!
