Help! Emotional eater w/ pms!!!
Double whammy! I am so stressed right now. It is raining outside no workout today forgot my gear and I feel like I am bursting at the seams. Someone pls list some alternatives to calm down before I march into our company kitchen and down brownie bites!!!

The brownies wont do anything but make you feel bad, so don't eat them. Do some jumping jacks maybe some squats to make you feel better. Make a list of all the reasons you want to lose weight. You can get through this day without sabotaging your diet. Good Luck!
i have pms right now too! sucks ive been eating pizza and chocolate at night!
only thing i do or try to do is take a looong shower,and go to sleep pop a advil pm and call it a night so i dont scarf down anymore guilt foods!
Isn't it evil when people bring stuff like brownie bites to work?! I know whenever I need to get rid of a cake or cookies or something quickly, but I don't want to throw them away, I take them to work. But it's not fair when other people do it. My MIL comes over here whenever she gets the urge to eat donuts or fried chicken, under the guise of "Hey, guys, I thought I'd pick up some treats for everyone," then she eats and leaves the leftovers here so that she won't be tempted at home. I'm on to her. It's sneaky and mean, but I have to commend her on her cleverness.
PMS, why you no let women eat right!!??! At work, I usually pacify myself with something else, like lots of coffee with splenda or diet Cokes, or something with natural sugar like fruit....and tell myself that I will feel gross if I eat the cookies and that I am getting getting thinner for every minute that I resist temptation. Then it's all better when I get home and the stuff's not there. For dealing with cravings at home, I try to fight them until they go away by distracting myself...I got a jar of some good-smelling sugar scrub, facial masks, and some potently scented bath stuff, and let me tell you, with as many long baths as I've been taking this week, my skin is effing vibrant and ready to take off. I did buy some chocolate graham crackers and fat-free cool whip to make "ice cream sandwiches" out of for when I just can't stand it anymore. I'm thinking about putting dark cocoa powder in capsules and carrying it around with me :P
I am having the same issue :( The past week ALL I WANT IS SUGAR.
Fruit will NOT satisfy my cravings.,.. I want CHOCOLATE and SOUR CANDY... ALL THE TIME!!!!!!! Cake, cookies, etc.... I have been maintaining fine while eating it but I want to get back on track again and lose a few lbs and this week has made it hard.
foreverme24 is right.... I temporarily satisfy my cravings and then before bed I just think of how lazy I have been and how bad I feel about my body :( It's so hard................!!! I hope the cravings stop soon!!!!
