Hello I'm 24 5'5" and weigh between 128-130. I used to be around 145 and the first 15 took time but were achievable. I have been trying for a long time now (about 2 months) to get my weight down closer to 124 but those last 5 lbs won't budge. I eat an avg of 1300-1600 calories a day and run 3 miles two times a week and attend an hour long outdoor boot camp another 2 nights. Despite all this I can't seem to get the weight to budge. I know I'm at a healthy weight, but I have some weight on my stomach/butt that could be shed (im a pear shape) Any ideas on why the stall?

Hey! It seems like most of the suggestions for plateaus given by other CC'ers is to do something to shock your body a little! Have a day where you eat 1800 cals, vary your cals a bit over a week (one day 1300, one day 1700, one day 1400, one day 1800, etc), or do some exercise out of the normal (a weights class?).
