Hey, im new here! so i thought that i would post a new topic. Well my topic is Weight, because i am over weight for a teenager, and i was wondering if anyone had any tips or ideas that have helped you.... thanks for the help! Kealsey (my name is said just like u would say Kelsey!)

Welcome...the tools on this site are terrific.  Enter your statistics and you'll be able to get your basic expenditure along with an idea of where you're at and how to get to your goal weight.  Please bear in mind that tools on this site are geared to adults and that your calorie expenditure will be higher as a teenager than an adult.

Once you have that information, I think you'll find that there are many members in similar situations or those who have been there and can tell you how to do that.
were would i go to do that?

Well, im homeschooled! I have a staple im my left ear to make me eat little meals a day! but i forget to wiggle it, 15 minutes before i eat. but if i do wiggle it that day i normaly lose 3 to 4 pounds. but sometimes i normaly dont eat Embarassed

and i know taht i should eat. but im starting back to wiggle my ear everyday 15 minutes before i eat! so when i lose some pounds off of being 164 ill post and tell ya! my goal is to get to 112... and i really wanna reach that goal so im gonna try my best!! and thanks..

Ilove the FOOTBALL name however I love the STEELERS!!! and the Ohio State Buckeyes... Besides that! I have horses, and HATE PINK!!! Blue is my fav color! We have alot in common for our age difference!!! Maybe thats the KID in me ;-) *wink*

I am not trying to be rude, but you have a staple in your ear that helps you eat less? For real? I have never heard of that.

I'm curious about the staple in your ear as well.  Is it similar to wearing a rubber band around your wrist and snapping it hard everytime you crave a cigarette?  I tried hypnosis a long time ago to quit smoking and that was one of the 'tools' you were encouraged to use. 

well, yal been wondering about the staple in my ear.... its like an acupuncture(cant spell) in ur ear, and it makes u not eat as much food as u normally would! i have to wiggle it ever 15-20mins before i eat... and i dont eat as much food, and it helps u loose weight.. and i also clean it with alcohol that keeps it from getting infected!!! and any ways if yall wanna now more.. email me at football_luver93@yahoo.com or on here...

but i weighted 164.6 and now down to 163.6 YEAH!!!!
