ideal carb/protein/fat intake for a day?

Quote  |  Reply
For the life of me I can't figure out what my ideal carb/protein/fat intake should be in a day (in terms of grams, I am not so concerned about the CC percentages). Does anyone know the best way to figure this out?

I think I found some calculator on the web once but forgot to bookmark it and can't find it again. Does anyone know of something like this?----thanks!

The RDA for protein in healthy adults is 0.8 grams per kilogram of Ideal Body Weight (IBW). IBW is between BMI 19 and 24.9 and it varies by individual.

IBW calculator - http://www.manuelsweb.com/IBW.htm

I don't know about fats or carbs.
This is a pretty straightforward article:

and a calculator that will tell you the percentages in many foods:

Hope that helps!
