So ive been doing pretty well, excercised eeeeeveryday, staying in my calorie allowance, but in two days, Ive gain two pounds?? How is that even Possible????
Weight fluctuates for a multitude of reasons. TOM, salt intake, water retention from working out. If anything pay attention to your trend line on the weight log, it averages out your loss even when you have small gains. If you have just started back to working out it may be water retention for muscle repair. You did not gain two pounds in two days, it's impossible without eating crazy amounts. Relax and keep it up, it will equalize before you know it.
