I startrd taking "simply one women", a supplement. It has 22mg iron. Only 1 week since i started so can't say yet if I know a difference. But it also has high b6, so at least I'm not retaining water!

I also have a difficult time keeping my iron level up.  I found Plantation Blackstrap Unsulphured molasses has 20% of iron RDA.   House of Herbs molasses is even higher.

I also just found that Grape Nuts nuggets and Fiber One Honey Clusters have a whopping 90% of RDA iron. (plus I get a good fiber boost from Fiber One).
