I weigh 136 now and my long-term goal being 112. 24 pounds to go - my short term goal is 130 pounds though. Mind you, this post is rather late :P
Well, I am working on losing the weight I gained over Christmas and our trip to Chicago :P I think a lot of it was water weight. I was 124 last week, this week I am 120.6, so that's a 3.4 lb loss! My next mini goal is 115.

2 weeks ago I was down a pound; last week I was up a pound; and this week I'm back to my original weight, so my goal is still 6 lbs by March 12th.
This is a lot harder than I thought it would be : ( but I've enlisted the help of my roommate to keep me in check if I try to skip out on the gym or eat another cookie or something!!

Per the scales this morning, I am still holding fast at 130-132. I had a good week of eating, but not enough gym time- only 3 days. That won't cut it! Also, I had Sonic yesterday :(.
Today is a new day and a new week- I know I can do it. I plan on going to spin tonight and kickboxing Tuesday to get a jump start, and running the rest of the week.

Last week 146.4. However, last Thursday I was down to 142!!!!
Short-term goal is to be under 140. Long-term, under 130.
From 147.50 to 145.75. I can't believe I actually lost almost 2 lbs! Last week was my company's Holiday party (yes, we have them in January) and I drank and ate like crazy. And not happy with that, I had a big breakfast the next day (my cure for a hungover) of cheese and vegetable omelette with potatoes and toast (with butter.) Anyway, I'll behave better this week.

Hi, I just joined this. I need to lose some weight. Currently I fluctuate between 140 and 150. I am only 5'1". So my goal weight according to this site's calculating is 119. I have a belly bulge i would like to get rid of any advise!

exactly one pounds. and my goal was a pound a week so that's great. the weight seems to come off pretty slow right now since i am less than 10 from my goal. i aslo had 2 cheating days last week :/ so atleast i still lost my pound.

After finding out my scale had been wrong for weeks, I'm straight now. Last week's weight 166 today 164. Down two pounds.
Meganjames, isn't that the best, when you get that validation that your efforts are paying off?
