I just wanted to post it so I could be accountable, and I will do my best to do well the rest of the week. I had a really bad day yesterday, I ate and ate, and ate. I probably gained a lb. 1 day won't hurt me in the long run, it'll just take me a bit longer to reach my goal.

Ran into a few snags the past couple of weeks. First I sprained my foot in my soccer game and couldn't work out for over a week. I tried recently, but it is still sore. I have to alter my exercise program for a while. I will try to get to the pool. Also, my whole family including me as had the plague. the sort with high fever etc. I haven't counted calories iin over a week and like I said haven't worked out. Good news is that I am still at my original weight. Bad news is that I am still at my original weight. I am feeling better and so promise myself to get back into the game plan now. At this point 5 lbs would be good for me. Wish me luck at getting back to the program. It is nice to see that everyone else is doing so well.
12 to go here! Let's do it! I'm 5'8" at about 147.  My goal is 135...these last 12 are going to be rough!

wow it seems like everything's happening at once!!  i'm so sorry to hear about your unfortunate health and injury :(   get back into exercise slowly...don't strain yourself!!

Hi everyone! I have 15 pounds to loose, which will put me at 135, which I would be thrilled about! I could really use support, and I have lots to give! Good Luck, everyone!

anyone nervous about the monday weigh in with the superbowl coming up? we have a dinner at the beach with some family on saturday and then on sunday we will be in san diego for the superbowl, it's gonna be hard to watch those cals and get those workouts in!
Hi!  I'm not worried about the Superbowl, but my week calorie-wise isn't enough to lose, so far:  2565 calories/day average.  Today was going to be a good day, until I inhaled some salmon salad with multi-grain crackers this evening - feel like some more protein, I guess!  If I just maintain the 2 lbs I lost since January 15th this weigh-in, I'll be happy!
Oh I just remembered something!  My fiber cals are in the high 80's - 90's, so I can subtract those, right?  88 g fiber average so far x 4 cal/g = 352 calories fiber.  Fiber doesn't get absorbed, so the calories can be subtracted, right?  That brings my average down to:  2213 cals / day.  Plus I exercise.  Maybe it's not so bad!
I hope everyone does good this weekend on their goals.  We still weight in on Monday though.  Keep that in mind hehehehe.  Just limit the amount you eat of those great snacks tomorrow and keep a bottle of water in reach for those cravings.  See ya all Monday!
OK I haven't lost anything this week .... but I haven't gained either. I ate alot of junk this week so I guess I better get back on track.

I need to start over today. Yesterday was a disaster of dunkin donuts, chinese food, and tons of Hersheys kisses =[

So, today I need to figure out how much I need to eat a day, actually put in the calories on here, workout, etc etc.
