I don't get time to eat in the morning but maybe a bowl of cereal, sometimes a bit o fiber one instant oatmeal. Most times I just grab a slim fast shake or a protein bar. Protein bars tend to make me hungrier quicker though. So I have no idea what to eat that will tide me over.

At lunch I am either too hungry so I eat something bad and fast or I just don't eat.

Then it seems at night I will finally eat dinner and want to keep eating! It's horrible! Since tracking my calories though I noticed that I was eating way too few calories which people said were going to make me go in to starvation mode.

So what are easy, quick and tasty things to munch so I am not starving all the time??! I am finally drinking enough water and trying to get healthier but have a hard tine with food choices.
