i dont kno why, and i hate it, but everytime i eat something (other than breakfast) i feel guilty if its not an apple or banana.. or if its something more than 100-200 calories.

how am i supposed to stop that.. its been goin on 4 a while.

i am scared.. i just want to eat normal, just like every1 else, and stay at the same weight w/out worring!

I'm starting to get that feeling too. I don't know what it's about. It's irrational. Like today, I'm still way under my calorie count, but I feel so disgusted with the idea of eating more. I am hungry though...go figure.

you should try to realize it is unhealthy to eat too little and it even won't make you lose. So actually you should feel disgusted about not eating enough instead of too much!!

Ditto feeling here! I think for some reason when you're trying to lose weight anything not deemed "diet food" makes you feel guilty when you even THINK about eating it.  I've been so good for so long, decided some french fries sounded really good, bought a small order, ate two and threw the rest away but I felt so guilty! Can't even enjoy food anymore....it's a sad, sad world.

Go to www.whfoods.org (The World's Healthiest Foods).  A long time ago, I couldn't bring myself to diet at all because it seemed like nothing was good for you anyway.  It's depressing to think of all the things you shouldn't eat.  So I don't anymore - now I focus on all the foods I SHOULD eat.  The world's healthiest foods is great for perspective.  There are some foods (like french fries) that we could do without - but there are also TONS of foods that have tremendous health benefits.  For example, peanuts are high in calories, but did you know that a diet high in monounsatuated fat reduces your risk of heart disease by 21%?

There are no "bad" foods.  Our bodies need fat, protein and carbs and lots of other nutrients. 

i am the same way as everyone! i ate pretty healthy today rand now i just ate some m&m's for no reaon! I'm only at 760 calories for today but it is only 3:27pm and my goal is 1300. I hate how you get so guilty for eating. there has to be something to not make me think like this!
