Looking for a buddy to lose weight for Valentines day 2011!!
Hi everyone my name is Ana. I would love to lose 20 pounds by valentines day. I started with 215 pounds in August 14, 2009. I have lost 35 pounds since I started calorie count.
Even if you don't have 20lb. to lose, you can still join!Weigh-ins will be every friday!!

I think this is a great idea. I want to loose 25 lbs by then. I always start and then drop off and I really hate the way i feel .
CW: 200.00 LBS
GW: 180.00 LBS
UGW: 140.00 LBS
CALORIE INTAKE: 1450 CALORIES ( Is this enough)![]()
Exercise & nbsp; &nbs p; 20 -45 mins cardio (4 x per week) OR
&nb sp; &nb sp; 45 mins to 1 hr walking.
I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW WHAT YOU GUYS THINK OF MY PLAN.
