I have been trying for like 6 months to get these last 10 lbs off. Not sure what I am doing wrong!
My stats - I am a 37 year old female and I am 5'3" tall. I weigh 133 lbs and would like to get down to 123 - 125. I eat about 1400-1500 a day when I don't exercise and 1500-1800 on the days I workout.
I exercise 3-4 times a week. I do 60 minute Body Pump weights class on Monday's, Zumba for 60 minutes on Wednesday and Zumba for 60 minutes on Saturday. If I do make it 4 times, I usually do either another Body Pump or maybe a kickboxing class. Other than that, my job is pretty sedentary.
What else should I do - am I eating too many calories?

What are your usual daily deficits? Have you lost inches during this time i nstead?
Your BMR is 1259
For weight loss for little or no activity is: 1208 or BMR (which is more recommended)
For weight loss and working out 3 days a week: 1385
For weight loss and working out 5 days a week: 1473
For weight loss and working out daily: 1649
For weight loss and working out 5 days a week (intense): 1561
You may have slipped into maintaining cause of your height and weight, shorter people have it harder with the last 10lbs (cause of their BMR being smaller). But if you still had deficits you should have been losing just at a very slow rate unless their was calculation errors bringing you to maintaining weight.
Wow, so I am probably eating too much. I guess even with my 3 day a week exercise, I should try and stick to 1385. I find it so hard to do that. I love to eat too much!
It isn't your fault, I was even shocked how low your BMR is cause I forget, since I am tall (5'8"), the difference my BMR is about 200+ more than yours and I am on my last 10lbs too : /
You could easily do it by eating 1500-1600cals
The side effects of allergy medications keep some people from using them. Natural remedies can be a great alternative, but some are more effective than others.
