I saw a post for all of us out there who are 5’ 3”. The group was originally started by mandimoore87 and thought it was a great idea, but it doesn’t look like its being updated any longer. I need some solidarity to help me make it to my goal, and I think this will be a great way to keep me honest, and keep me losing!

Note to cutietuttifrutti: I can't put down a goal weight of 100 lbs for someone who is 5'4". That would give you a BMI of 17.2, which is underweight. Please reevaluate your goal. The lowest healthy weight for someone your height is 108 lbs, and that is only if you have a tiny bone structure. Let me know you're new goal and I will gladly add you to the list above.

I think I am going to see a nutritionist this week. Its been 3 weeks and the scale seems to favor the 142 range. Plus my tummy sticks out so far it looks like I am pregnant. Ick!

In other news, we're doing awesome; as a group we've lost 94 lbs! I'm thinking that by 7/11 we'll easily break 100 lbs! Maybe we should start doing group challenges....like say 100 lbs down as a group by next week and 140 lbs by August 1st (that's 4 weigh-ins away)? Anyone want to give that a try?

Would you guys mind if I joined? I am 5'2" and need a support system to help me get to goal. In the last few weeks I have hit a stopping point and it is frustrating me. I do really well during the week, but the weekend comes and I fall of the wagon. Mainly because we have 4 boys and are constantly on the go, so it is hard for me to plan healthy meals while running. Terrible excuse I know, but that is the only one I have. But I am here because I want to beat this and get to my goal. I have 2 vacations scheduled this summer and I would like to be slim for the last one. We are going to Florida in August (without kids), and I would like to be able to wear cute shorts and dresses and not feel like a tubbo. Here are my current stats:
SW- 182 (2/10/10)
CW- 155
GW(For now)- 140
Long term goal- 125
I actually have a few goals that I am working toward slowly. 140 by August 21st, which may be a little aggressive. 130 by October for a wedding that my BF is the best man in so I have to look good too. And then my long term goal is 125 by March 19th (my birthday). I know that is a ways off but I am at stand still now.
I also need a little advice. Like I mentioned we have 4 boys. We don't always have all of them together but we do have them a lot. I have an issue with motivation. When I get home from work I cook dinner, do some housework and then exercise seems to be forgotten. I can't get up early enough in the morning to do it. So how do I fit it in? I sometimes am so exhausted after getting home, that is the last thing I want to do. What do you all do to fit it in? I can't afford a gym membership. My in-laws have a home gym but they nap a lot and I can't always get over there early enough. I love to walk but not alone. I need help, advice, motivation, a kick in the rear.
